what should be done or given in case of a fever of 99.4 - 100 degree farenheit for a baby girl of 2.5 years? plz suggest

A. hello. fever is usually consider temprature above 100 F if she is feeking restless, lethergic, deceresed appatite then you may give her syp crocin for time being and keep a track on body temprature
