what should be done if my baby nose is chocked.... which unable her to sleep properly

A. yes it is due to season. Steam will be helpul in Cough and nasal blockage . Also can use nasoclear nasal drop or nasovion nasal drop for nasal blockage and them give steam to baby . If any respiratory difficulty then conult a pediatrician .
