What’s the reason behind nose bleeding?? My son nose bleeds at night while sleeping

A. Generally it is due to some kind of a heat in the body sometimes it could be just a nasal vessel bursting which is very very common okay so don’t get scared with what I say that so that happens usually due to too much of heat into the body and in the weather sometimes so consult an ENT doctor and that’s going to be better with time
