What's the difference between prebiotics and probiotics?

A. probiotics are the bacteria that feed on probiotics ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

A. Ma’am Siri I am very well about aware about probiotics but I am also not very sure as to what prebiotics are going to be but it would be better that you please discuss this of thing with your doctor they will be able to give you the exact discrimination between these two things
