what no.of solid foods should be given for 7months baby in a day?twice or thrice ?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. As ur baby is 7 months old, u can give meal 2-3 times in a day.. U can give cerelac, khichdi, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree, mashed rice etc to ur baby
