Hi you can go for all kind of fruits and vegetable purée porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato and kind of items made out of Suji like Halwa and you can prepare different things out of ragi quinoa oats and butter milk coconut water in water is a must As it helps in healthy digestion and smooth motion
