what kind of solids and how much food is given to 6 month baby

A. Hello mom for this age liquid and semi solid and mashed consistency foods are to be preferred initially try it out with one food at a time and in small quantities and gradually you can progress to increase the quantity and the number of meals and alternate it with your feed .
