Give full of nutrition foods whatever you are eating …everyday do some experiment so baby will explore the food and you understand about your baby likes
You can add pulses, roasted makhanna , sprinkle dry fruits and nuts powered on dishes , green vegetables (steam), fruits etc

Its very simple give whatever you are eating......which is healthy and full of nutrition......which should be less spicy.........let your baby explore food give it in a bowl and make ur baby sit play eat and enjoy.....under your guidance
