It is basically a time where kids are extremely cranky and they are very disturbed it usually happens between the morning 5 AM to 11 AM time that is what is called a witching hour for you can check with your doctor in case of any doubt you have and what is meant to be done in such cases so that’s what is going to clear your doubt further
