Hello good evening !! It seems heat rashes due to excessive heat in body.
As it is summer Body heat cause rashes give more water, fluids heat reducing fluids like barley, coconut water, buttermilk, lemon, mousambi juice, rice starch,lauki , cucumber, tomato,ridge gourd in diet cools down body heat.
Apply coconut oil on body and leave for 15 minutes and do luke warm water bath.
