Q.

what is the time required to get babies normal skin color after phototherapy?when he was born he was very fair now he became darker one day phototherapy 8 days antibiotics due to infection total 9 days nicu.

A. now we are applying oil for massaging and green gram powder instead of soap, is it good ?

A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (any good brand like atogla, venussia, oliatum, sebamed , citaphil etc ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. use moisturizing soap. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin. avoid using hard water for bdath. for excessive dry and skin peeling please apply moisturizing cream / lotion at more frequent interval to control tdhe condition and then decrease the frequency.
