There could be a lot of reasons there is no specific reason why blood count could be low number of reasons they can be there can be there from the time of birth itself the child is not having sufficient amount of food or Iron diet so you should go for supplement and give more of pomegranate be sweet potato black rice fox nuts and green leafy vegetables
