Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. This could be due to anal fissures or intolerance to milk or soya products or any other underlying reason. If harmless it wont happen again. But if you continue to notice this in the baby's stool please consult with ur doctor once and follow hia advice on this.
