A. gradually increase chk the first cry page for receipes... schedule the meal plan as breakfast as poha cheela upma suji halwa uthapam dosa mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad evening as potato tikka bread pakoda veg cutlet dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
