A. The optimal level in blood should be around 75.0-124.0 nmol/l

A. hi 6400IU/day although it depends on mother's health condition so better to take supplements only after meeting gynecologist take Apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day try Emcure products which are best for breastfeeding mothers
