at the age of 4 months,
baby can react to sound
hold neck and head well
may be able to grab the object
try to roll over
smiles at familiar faces and voice.
but all babies are different so they grow at their own pace
please don't compare your child with others
give enough tummy time
give Massage to your child daily
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
feed your child on demand
maintain good hygiene
