what is the ideal weight gain after 4 month of birth. as I keep a track of my baby's weight gain , I found that my baby gaind just 500 grams in his 5th month. my baby birth weight was 2.780kg and now he is 6.980 and he is 5th month running as on date

Look minimum 500 g is anyways considered healthy and maximum it can go to 1 kg so maybe the strength of your breastfeeding is reducing which is why your child has gained less weight but 500 g is actually appropriate for that if you have a doubt you can check with your doctor on this
