What is the cause of stomach ache loss of appetite and nausea in 5 year old kid?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite difficult to say anything about it without personally examination. Also for stomach aches you should give your baby ajwain ark on daily basis and also it will increase your baby appetite too. Take care
