Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi Cerelac is a packaged food which is not fresh & may also contain additives. hence it is best to avoid it unless travelling or emergency Give home cooked foods like mashed dal rice, khichadi , upma, porridge, idli
