what is the best method to take gap for 2 to 3 years between my first child to second child?

You can actually take contraceptive pills if you’re okay with that otherwise you can take injections regularly every six months as they avoid pregnancy for six months once you take now than you do can take the second dose it again after six months because these things are externally done that way I could have also advised to use copper t if you want to but it can have different side effects which is why I would not suggest you to get that done
