what is the best medicine for stomach infection for kids....

A. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.jf Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

A. See when there is an infection in the stomach of the child mostly it is said that you should go ahead with a course of antibiotics because that’s the only way but what kind of a medicine is going to be suggested for the child that only an expert or paediatrician can suggest you anyways it is not recommended to give any medicine to the child without the consent of the dayWrite Your Answer Here
