what is the balance diet for our child

A. Hello father bascially balanced diet is mainly foods from various food groups to the child . so cerelas and millets , dals, legumes such as chana, rajma etc , dairy foods, panner, curds, ghee, milk, eggs, fish , chicken if preffered, dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruits and vegetables,

A. hi well as your child is 7+ year old his or her diet should include green veggies, fresh fruits, different pulses and beans, dairy products etc so Serve Sabji Chapati dal rice, buttermilk/curd or milk,salad Etc
