VanditaMom of a 2 yr 11 m old child3 years agoA. HMO are complex sugars uniquely present in breast milk. They are 3rd most abundant, coming after lactose and fats. A liter of breast milk contains 5 to 20g of HMOs, the concentration sometimes exceeding that of the proteins in breast milk. and yes, this is available in Aptamil gold FM.
