ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can start with single ingredient based semi solid foods, puréed fruits, etc one by one.: you can introduce nuts powder after seven months completion.. egg yolk can be given around eight months and small fish around nine months.
