Hello mom you can give semi solids and mashed consistency foods to them, you can alternate it with your feed. you can give steamed vegetables, soups, fresh fruit juices , puree, also porridge made with ragi , suji , multigrain mix, also kichidi, curds , ghee.

you can give food items like different vegetables and fruits puree, mung dal Pani, rice water in few spoons of quantity
initially, keep the food consistency watery
so child can take it well
then gradually increase it's quantity, consistency and frequency
