What food provide to mother for enough quantity of milk can be feed to baby?

A. Hello You should have good amount of water on an every day basis about 6 to 7 L without a fail and also I would like to tell you that you should have good amount of green leafy vegetable fluids word of your choice and good amount of pulses and everything that is going to help a lot
