A. Hi once the baby is 1 year old you can start giving everything which you cook for yourself to the baby..Just avoid oily and spicy food and blend if required..give a healthy and balanced diet.

A. Can give everything you make at home but with minimal spices three meals in between snacks supplementing your bm or full cream milk all seasonal fruits and vegetables to the baby.
