Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet.
