Elvira TambovtsevaMom of a 3 yr 7 m old child3 years agoA. please, cook separately for you 9m old. at this age no salt or sugar should be given babies are capable to extract natural salts and sugars from food you serve.
depending on. type of feeding you do - most fruits and vegetables ( cooked for hard and soft fruits like banana, mango can be served raw. just wash if very well before cutter) be fine by this age, and not just cooked and pureed, but index finger size slices, that your baby can pickup with hands and explore food texture, smell, color, before putting it in the mouth- that way you do not force baby food and they will have less rejection of different foods. and even if baby didn't like some food from first time - serve it again a day or week later, keep doing that, babies usually take some time to get used to new smells and textures of different foods.
