Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only for months of age probably you had to do exclusively mothers feeding the baby weight in 6 months of age if mother's milk is insufficient you can do sum formula milk for the baby

as your child is 4 months old, please stick to breastfeeding
please don't give anything to eat or drink other than breastmilk and needed medicines till 6 months age.
after completion of 6 months age, you can start to offer semisolid food to your child.
