what food and juices can be given to him now? please also let me know the quantity

A. hello dear the quantity will totally depends on the hunger of the child exclusive breastfeeding for the initial six months is good and advisable start with homemade weaning diet once the child complete six months and start with rice water Dal Pani stewed apple banana chickoo mashed potato sweet potato avocado and so on
