repeat your test after 7-10 days.
if still same then visit your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor

seems positive
but to confirm it ,it is better to do the test again.
if you get two lines whether it is dark or faint , it means that you are pregnant.
