what causes this kind of stool in 3 months old.. he is breastfeeding and formula milk mostly.. gut issues? I am on medication for ulcer. but i stopped considering the above

A. dear mum , a mixed fed baby stool colur can b brown if baby ispassing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hrs is active alert gaining adequate wt then dont worry ur medicine consult doctor
