ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom for this age would suggest exclusively breast feeding , Liquids can be introduced from the age of 5 months and semi solids from the age of 6 month onwards

After that, you can start solid foods when your baby show signs of readiness. At first your little one will keep it simple with just a few teaspoons of a one-ingredient food (like a pureed fruit, veggie, or meat) every day.
