ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, for 7 months old baby, you can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, khichadi, vegetable purée, dal rice.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
You can feed cow milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.
Continue to breastfeed.
