this led to such type of skin eruptions / rash and usually they will come for 5 to 6 days and then go away gradually in next 5 to 6 days.
usually symptomatic treatment is given along with regular fluids in the diet as well as daily bath. it is very important to remaining contact with the dodctor.
if there is discharge present from the blisters or the pustules then you can apply t-bact cream over it.
can give paracetamol for fever.
can apply calamine lotion if advised by doctor. d

Sometimes it can happen due to sudden weather change or excessive heat into the body and sometimes due to too much of moisture into the weather also a child can have red rashes or pimple kind of thing so you can apply calamine lotion as of now but do get it checked with your doctor
