ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you start with banana and apple n cereal. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

U Start with vegetable purée fruits of all kinds and you can give Paneer cheese curd for each khichadi mashed sweet potato banana mashed potato all kind of Suji items you can give to the child on regular bases these things are really going to be a lot helpful in maintaining a proper diet for the child
