Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested from 6 month onwards start semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk.
Fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, home made cerelac - Mashed banana, papaya, chikoo, mango puriee, Steamed and mashed potatoes,carrot, apple.
