what antibiotics should be taken during pregnancy if fever is not resolved by taking paracetamol only. please tell me the treatment for fever and dry cough.

Viral fever can take 3-5 days.
Taking paracetamol is fine. U can take the medicine again after six hours.
For dry cough mix one tsp each of turmeric and cinnamon powder in a glass of water water. Take it 2-3 times in a day. This will help to get relief from dry cough
