Are there is not fixed quantity now. Now you have to give meals according to babies diet. And baby should take at least four meals in a so maintain a diet according to that. You should also start giving oats, ragi, egg. These all things are very healthy for babies and contains all the nutrition and proteins baby need in regular diet.
