AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom As ur baby is 4 months old, u can make ur baby laugh by talking, give baby play gym, rattlers, teethers to chew on like babyhug teethers etc. Also babies they can roll over anytime between 4-7 months.
