Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question answer baby complete one year old you can safely move your baby to family food this we shall get a variety of Nutrition from whatever that your family all you need to do is make sure there is a balance of protein carbohydrates good fat and whole grain there is no need of offering any kind of health drink like pediasure or any other all you need to do is over a well balanced diet and you can give full cream milk up to 300 ml throughout the day
