Q.

We started solids for my 6 month old 2 days back. She is feeling constipated - she cries while passing stool and the stool is dry and sausage like. What should we do? Give more water or some medicine?

A. dear mom. fo offer fiber rich fruits n veggies to her. offer some water after giving semi dolids to doften stool. initially give semi solids once a day n gragually increase amount.
