Atleast Minimum of one hour if you’re giving milk prior then try to maintain a gap of one hour and if you giving banana before the milk then try to maintain the gap of 1 1/2 hours minimum because banana takes a longer time to digest when it comes to Milk so just decide the timing accordingly
