A. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lots of lukewarm water. start with walk for half an hour daily and slowly switch to simple exercises

A. hi please do the following things: start to do exercises or yoga regularly walk walk and walk. don't use vehicles for short distance. do household work like mopping. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more. avoid taking processed oily spicy food. increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it also helps to burn out extra calories.
