A. Dear parent, for healthy weight gain, give a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can protein sources like eggs. Non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Add nuts like almonds to baby’s diet. At least 500 ml of milk every day. Add ghee to every meal.
