Q.

vivaan has turned 5 months today.. but he still wakes up atleast thrice at night. as per an article here, we should feed him little less as compared for long duration sleep, but this process did not work here. when i fed him less, he woke up again in an hour. what should i do to make him sleep for longer duration at night

A. Dear ma’am, during growth spurt also they may fuss and their sleep pattern can change. There is no set standard. And also there is absolutely nothing wrong to breastfeed to put him to sleep. Make sure the baby is latched well and you can feed in side lying position itself
