Very itching whole body continueasly with sores for about 1 month,plaz give suggestions

Sometimes it could be due to dryness in the body as that can actually create problem of itching or irritation in the skin and sometimes it could be due to some energy so best is to consult a dermatologist as this way we cannot tell you what could be the reason and also apply almond oil regularly that will help
