give all the foods that are prepared in the house
five meals this includes two healthy snacks
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts

Serve whatever is prepared at home for whole family
Best to take meal from same plate with your child as kids learn such things by observing their parents.
