A. consult doctor for nutritional deficiencies like iron and zinc which can affect appetite and food intake deworming twice a year include green leafy vegetables fruits ,salad buttermilk and Hing , jeera, mint for appetite

A. Low appetite can be due to low zinc levels or too much dairy products or junk or less gap between meals or health supplements which can fill the tummy. Find out which could be hindering ur childs appetite. To boost the appetite u can give coconut water, lemon juice, add ajwain and ginger in diet, u can give south indian rasam.
